  • Problem Management. Identify and document recurring incidents or events, working with stakeholders to find the root cause and reach a final resolution.
  • Authorize Service Interruption and Change Management. Mitigate risk and prevent unexpected service interruptions through planning, implementing, and monitoring changes for customers.
  • Configuration Management Database. Designate, control, and sustain configuration items and associated attributes in a centralized database to ensure accuracy and inform decision-making.
