DISA Acquisition Package Preparation System

The DISA Acquisition Package Preparation System, or DAPPS, guides mission owners through the DOD acquisition process and assists by digitally preparing, editing, signing, submitting, and tracking an acquisition package.

Why DAPPS?

DAPPS was created to be an easy button for mission owners building a requirements package for the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability contract. Building a requirements package can be a resource intensive and lengthy process, but DAPPS automates many processes and guides mission owners through the steps, resulting in a streamlined process and modern user experience.

Features.

  • Designed to provide a modern interface and frustration-free user experience.
  • Uses a wizard-like tool to ask questions and guide users through the requirements
    building and submission process.
  • Auto-generates acquisition documents based on the information submitted by
    mission owners.

Getting started.

DAPPS will initially be used to build requirements packages for JWCC, but is anticipated to be more widely available in the future. Mission owners can login to DAPPS through ATAT to begin building their JWCC requirements package.
