The DOD CIO recently released new guidance mandating that DOD organizations use the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC) contract to procure cloud capabilities in certain scenarios. Under the new guidance, available here, OSD Components and Defense Agencies and Field Activities must use JWCC, and other organizations must use JWCC for most classified commercial cloud procurements.
