Hosting and Compute Center, Defense Information Systems Agency


Mr. Foster currently serves as the lead Cyber Security Office within the Hosting and Computing Center (HaCC) at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) providing leadership and oversight of Cyber activities within the HaCC. 

Prior to this position, Mr. Foster was the Chief of the Infrastructure and Sustainment Line of Business where he led delivery and sustaining efforts for critical enterprise storage and virtualization capabilities within HaCC’s inventory.

Mr. Foster has spent over 15 years focused on leading mission partner engagement activities at DISA. Mostly recently as the Deputy Chief of the DISA Mission Partner Engagement Office and as the Chief of the Customer Engagement Center, Enterprise Services Directorate.  

Mr. Foster began his 39year federal career as a Navy civilian where he held positions as a Contracting Officer, Business Manager and Fleet Business Manager. Mr. Foster has also been the Customer Management Executive for DFAS/DLA workload and Chief of the Logistics Division, both within DISA’s Computing Services Directorate.   

Mr. Foster has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut as well as a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
