Robin Easley

Ms. Robin Easley currently leads the Command-and-Control Division within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J9 Hosting and Compute (HaC).  Ms. Easley is responsible for defining operational vision and priorities, policies and procedures, and strategic planning of the Compute Operations future and current operations teams. This includes deployment and development of software monitoring systems, 24x7 operational reporting, monitoring, and authorized service interruptions of all Compute Operations hosted and managed services and change and configuration management of all Compute Operations assets. Ms. Easley continually looks for ways to seek efficiencies, strengthen relationships, open lines of communication, build trust within her team and organization, and provide excellent operational support to the warfighter. 

Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Easley served as the Director, Europe and Southwest Asia (SWA) Data Center Line of Business, as well as the Chief, Infrastructure and Services, DISA Europe. Ms. Easley began her career with DISA in 2010 with a passion for customer service and process management. Over the past 12 years she has served as an analyst supporting the Defense Enterprise Email service desk, application support lead for the DOD Mobility Unclassified Device, and the Enterprise Services Section Chief.  

Ms. Easley is a native of Massachusetts but has resided in Oklahoma most of her adult life. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma.
